Our relationship with your store goes back about two years, to when we had just moved into our house. We came in and bought a refrigerator and range. One of the best things
about this purchase was that you were able to order a fridge that had been discontinued, but that met our specific needs. Not only were you able to `get us a hard-to-find product, but your prices were also better than other places we had looked for the same appliances. We were so happy with that experience that we let ourselves be talked into coming back a couple of weeks later for a very nice range hood, and we are so glad we got that as well.
More recently, we decided to move ahead with a full kitchen remodel, and of course we
came back to Almvig’s for the remaining appliances we needed: dishwasher and microwave. Once again, the prices you gave us were the best we could find, and your service was as friendly as always. Nearing the end of this remodel, with our baby girl
due very soon, we ran into a problem with the dishwasher- it had been damaged somehow and was not functioning. Our contractor denied responsibility and did not want to help; we called the local authorized Kitchenaid service centers, and they could not get to us for over a week. Don at Almvig’s was the only person who seemed to want to help: he was able to send an installer to look at the dishwasher that day. And although it could not be determined what happened to the dishwasher, he offered to replace it and have the new one installed only two days later at no further cost to us. It is such a relief to have the dishwasher in place and working now!
Since we bought our first appliances at Almvig’s, we have always recommended you to our friends and family. Now we strongly insist that they come to you for everything they need. We have already told our story to several friends, and will continue to do so. We can’t thank you enough, and of course we will always come back for any appliances we may need in the future.

Don, Lacey, and all Almvig’s Associates,
The BEST stop we made on the road to renovating our original 1960’s kitchen was at Almvig’s. First Don put us in contact with his design team and Lacey took the lead.
The design fee was the best investment we made in our project. Having a professional guide the progress removed worry and a boat load of headaches. Working with Lacey was a dream. She is a marvelous designer, a perfect blend of resources, patience, and creativity and you can put these qualities in any order you choose. After more than 13 years of dreaming she was the one who put the dreams to paper and made it all real. She transformed our thoughts into a reality that is beautiful, functional, realistic, and a dream come true. The results are so close to our original vision – we couldn’t be happier.
During the entire process – product selection through completion – the entire team at Almvig’s was friendly, professional, and always helpful. The days Anthony delivered cabinets and appliances were a special treat, particularly because of his care and concern.
Don demystified our appliance selection and purchase. We needed it all and Don provided balanced and accurate information, no matter how often we asked, in our confused state of decision overwhelm. With Don, what we expected to be a chore became a pleasure.
We would happily recommend Almvig’s as the best one stop when renovating a kitchen. If any customers want a personal referral we would be happy to share our experience.

Dear Lacey, Don, Deb, and the staff at Almvig's,
As Dave and I talked about how much we are enjoying our new kitchen, we wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your helping us through the process. We had put off doing anything with the kitchen for at least ten years because of the number of decisions that would need to be made, and the extent of work necessary to do a good job. We had hoped at one point to do just a face-lift, but now that we are in the brand new kitchen we are really glad we did not settle for less than what we now have.
The staff at Almvig's was helpful from the moment we walked through the door. Deb asked us a few questions and then walked us through the showroom, pointing out which appliances would fit our needs. She explained the design service and we felt like we now had a place to begin. We did our homework and really thought about what we wanted.
Then Lacey came out for the home visit. She asked a lot more questions, took some measurements, and told us about Huggy Bear cabinets. In just a few days, she was ready to show us the first draft. It was exciting, but not quite right, so we made some changes and she did the second draft. We did not feel rushed and took our time, trying to imagine the paper drawings translated into real cabinets and appliances. The third draft was just what we wanted. We chose to work with Magic Touch and things really took off. Cabinets and appliances were ordered and more decisions were made.
Lacey answered all of our many questions and gave us lots of good suggestions about products we of which we were not aware. We began to feel like we "owned" this new kitchen even while it was still on paper.
The actual installation went well, people and things showed up when expected, more decisions were made as inevitable quirks popped up in the existing structure of our house. Kelly and Jay from Magic Touch were professional, expert installers who did an amazing job as we continued to live in and around their work space. In what now seems like in a short time, we were inviting family and friends in to celebrate this new room with us. Now we have a functional and beautiful kitchen that feels like us and of which we are very proud. I love all the new storage spaces, the beauty of the cupboards, the ease of using the new appliances, the sense of organization that Lacey helped us bring to our kitchen. What we do not have to share are any remodeling "horror stories." Thank you Almvig's and Magic Touch! We will let you know when we are ready to tackle the bathrooms!

Karsten and I want to thank you so much for our beautiful downstairs!
I wasn’t sure what to expect at our first meeting, but your smile and bright attitude helped me relax and know that our “dream renovation” was in the right hands. You took all of our hopes and sketches Karsten had made and the concept started to take shape with your computer drawings. Every detail was discussed so we felt confidence in the cabinet manufacturer. The recommendation of Magic Touch Remodeling was a blessing, and we knew that your partnership would ensure any unforeseen problem be taken care of without any concerns.
